Our Process

A process perfected through years of successful product launches.

We’re able to guide startups and established brands with a time-proven process that streamlines productivity and improves your go-to-market timeline.

Phase I - First 30 Days

Product Identification

  • Product Evaluation

We look for products that are unique to the marketplace, high in quality, and a good consumer value. We also look for companies that have the capability of funding a mutually-agreed-upon marketing strategy focused on driving sales.

  • Label Evaluation

We help clients create effective product labels and we evaluate existing product labels to bring them into compliance with United States codes and other labeling requirements.

Phase II - Second 30 Days

Pre-Launch

  • Develop Point of Sale Materials

    • Price & Product Specification Forms
    • Retailer Presentations
    • Sell Sheets
  • Fine-tune Strategy

    • Finalize marketing strategy for retailers and distributors
  • Identify Next Phase

    • Move to Phase III for products channeled through distributors
    • Move to Phase IV for products being sold directly to retailers

Phase III - Next 120 Days

Distributor Approval

  • Prepare Materials

Each distributor has different forms and portals to fill out for product reviews. We prepare this information for new item/product presentations.

  • Present for Approval

We meet with major distributors to present your products. Some distributors have their own specific review calendars, so presentations are based on individual distributors’ calendars.

  • Set Up Products

Once your products have been presented to distributors and their approval is received, we set up your products in each distributor’s system.

Phase IV - Next 180 Days

Retailer Approval

  • Prepare Materials

Each retailer has different forms and portals to fill out for product reviews. We prepare all this information for new item/product presentations.

  • Present for Approval

We meet with retailers to present your products. Some retailers have their own specific calendars for reviews, so presentations are based on individual retailer calendars.

  • Set Up Products

Once your product has been presented to retailers and approval has been received, we set up your product in each retailer’s system.
